Meet Rhys Potter
Rhys graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Podiatry from the University Of South Australia in 2018. He chose Podiatry as a profession simply because he loves helping people. Whether it be the most simple or complex issue, his aim is to help you get pain free & active again.
Rhys has been a part of the Healthy Life Foot Clinic team working full time for 2 years now. During his time at the clinic Rhys has shown great ability in getting people back to their most active self ranging from the very young to more elderly patients. He has a keen interest in all things general foot care in-particular nail surgery and also a strong skill set in rehabilitation / solving biomechanical issues related to injury. Rhys has completed a Foot Mobilisation course and a certified lower limb strength and conditioning workshop since completing his degree to enhance his skills in this area.
Rhys has been very active in sport in the past having been involved with the Flinders Park Football Club playing AFL & also the Woodville Rechabite Cricket Club. His involvement in sport has given him a strong interest in helping any patients returning to sport after injury to the foot or ankle. Rhys will be able to provide you with the very best care to get you active & pain free as quickly as possible.
Outside of work Rhys loves following sport and horse racing, travelling & spending time with his family & friends. Travelling is a great interest with trips to Vietnam, New Zealand, Singapore & most recently Egypt. He is very keen to get back exploring new places once covid restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so. Travelling & meeting people from very varied backgrounds & cultures has given Rhys a great ability to relate & communicate with everyone.
